CLAT – Common Law Admission Test
The Consortium of National Law Universities conducts the Common Law Admission Test or CLAT for law aspirants, every year. This is a national-level entrance test, probably the best entrance test for law. After clearing this, Students will get admission in UG and PG law courses offered in 22 national law universities of the country. CLAT exam is termed to be one of the toughest exams held in the country, and it holds the same rank for Law, which is what JEE Advanced holds for engineering, and CAT holds for MBA. All those pupils who wanted to apply for the UG course must clear their Intermediate with a minimum of 45% marks in any discipline, and there is no upper age limit defined for the applicants. National Law University, Delhi, conducts a national-level entrance test AILET for law students, once a year. All the pupils who wanted to pursue 5 years LLB and 3 years LLB course in the State of Kerala need to apply for KLEE.420 government and 406 seats in private colleges are available to pursue 3 year LLB program. And 360 government and 1932 seats in private colleges to pursue 5 year LLB program are involved with this exam.
AP LAWCET – Andhra Pradesh
Sri Krishnadevaraya University in favor of the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education ( APSCHE) conducts AP LAWCET, every year. Total no. of available seats are 3750 and 1920 seats for 3 year and 5 years LLB program, respectively. After clearing this examination, pupils will get enroll in the respected colleges.
TS LAWCET – Telangana State
Osmania University Hyderabad on the behalf of Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) conducts TS LAWCET, every year. Students willing to pursue 3-year LLB or 5-year Integrated LLB program can apply for this entrance test. Pupil must clear their intermediate with a minimum of 45% marks, to get admission in an integrated LLB program. For 3 years LLB program, graduation in any discipline with 45% marks is mandatory.
RULET:- The conducting authority of this examination is Rajasthan University. Every year they conducts RULET. This is the door to get 120 available seats in Rajasthan University. Students with 50% marks in the intermediate ( relaxation for SC/ST students are given) can apply.
