The conducting authority of this national level entrance exam is the National Testing Agency (NTA), every year, to take admission in B.Sc. courses in Hospitality and Hotel Administration.  After clearing the NMCH JEE entrance test, pupils will get the opportunity to pursue a UG hospitality course among the participating institutions in the exam. Through this exam, a total of 12045 seats are available for hospitality and tourism courses.

  • MAH BHMCT CET:-

State Common Entrance Test Cell (Maharashtra) conducts MAH BHMCT CET every year. This opens the door for pupils to take admission in UG hotel management and catering programs in the state. Intermediate students from all over the state can give this examination, however special privilege is given to Maharashtra students. Four colleges participate in the examination, after clearing the examination with a good rank, pupils will get the opportunity to take admission among 4 participating colleges to pursue a hospitality program.

  • WB JEHOM:- WB JEHOM is a state-level entrance test for students who wanted to pursue hospitality and tourism courses in west Bengal. The conducting authority of WB JEHOM is West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board, from the next year i.e. 2022 WBJEEB will not conduct this examination. After clearing this examination with good marks, pupils will get the opportunity to pursue 4-years hotel management and catering course in the state. There are a total of 225 seats available, which is divided among all the participating colleges in WB JEHOM.
  • IHM Aurangabad entrance test:-

IHM Aurangabad conducts their own entrance test , to take admission in various undergraduate hotel management courses at the institute. Pursuing hotel management course gives the pupils lots of opportunities like they have collaboration with Maulana Azad Educational Trust, Indian Hotels Company Limited (Taj group), and the Huddersfield through which they can go the UK in their 3rd and 4th year, as well as lots of internship opportunities in college their days. Therefore, all the candidates who want to build a career in hotel management must apply for the IHM Aurangabad entrance test.

  • IIHM Echat:-

If you talk about the top entrance test for hospitality and tourism then IIHM Echat is one, it holds a special place there. Pupils who want to pursue a hotel management course can apply for the entrance test, the courses available through it are hospitality, 3-years diploma in international administration, catering and tourism, B.Sc. in hotel management. In the IIHM Echat examination, questions are based on reasoning and logical deduction, mathematics, general knowledge, and current affairs, scientific aptitude and service aptitude, and English language. After clearing the Echat exam successfully, students will get the opportunity to pursue a hotel management course from the International Institute of Hotel Management ( Delhi, Kolkata, Jaipur, Pune and Banglore).

  • Oberoi STEP:-

Oberoi Systematic Training and Education Program is a training program given by Oberoi Group of Hotel Chains. Firstly, pupils need to clear the Oberoi STEP entrance test to get this training. Oberoi Centre for Learning and Development conducts this entrance test every year. A 12th pass student with a minimum of 18 and not more than 20 years of age are eligible for this test. After completing the Oberoi STEP certification, pupils get enrolled in Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism Studies from IGNOU. So, the pupils who are willing to pursue tourism studies in distance learning must apply for the Oberoi STEP.

  • BIT Mesra BHMCT:-

BIT Mesra (Ranchi) conducts BIT Mesra BHMCT , every year, to take admission in a 4-year undergraduate hotel management course offered at the institute. All the student with 50% or more marks in in intermediate ( 5% relaxation for SC/ST) are eligible for the test. Your rank and interview performance will decide your admission in BIT Mesra HM course.

AIHMCT WAT:-

Army School Of Hotel Management and Catering Technology, conducts university-level  AIHMCT WAT, every year. Student must clear this admission test to take entry in Bachelors of Hotel Management course offered at the institute. All the pupils from India who have completed or appearing in the 12th exam, whose age is not more than 22 years, can apply for the AIHMCT WAT test. Student with great rank will get admission in the Army School of Hotel Management and pursue UG course in HM.

  • GNIHM JET:-

Gurunanak Institute of Hotel Management conducts GNIHM JET, every year, to take admission in B.sc., M.Sc., and MBA in HM. Other courses through this entrance test are a diploma in Hotel operation, a BA in International Culinary Arts, and a diploma in food production. A written test consists of 150 marks, good rank will open the door to the university.
